Jasper Elementary School students shared a meal together in the annual Réveillon potluck lunch, Dec. 13. Réveillon is a French Canadian feast held during the holiday season.

Artists on the move After three successful months, the Hangout Gallery will close its doors Jan. 15, and the Jasper Artists Guild (JAG) will yet again be homeless.

For more than a decade, Jasperites both new and seasoned have shared Sunday dinners together at the Jasper Activity Centre. It’s a tradition that formed out of a need and that stuck because of the joy it creates each winter season.

Tourism Jasper is asking council to continue its support for a commercial airport in Edson, in order to increase tourism to the northern Rockies.
