WHL roundup: Muranov scores twice in Hitmen win

CALGARY — Maxim Muranov scored twice as Calgary Hitmen defeated Edmonton Oil Kings. Oliver Tulk scored twice while Connor Dale and Reese Hamilton had a goal each for Calgary. Hitmen goaltender Ethan Buenaventura stopped 32 shots in the win.

QMJHL roundup: Crosby scores winner for Mooseheads

HALIFAX — Logan Crosby had the game-winning goal at 11:26 in the third period as the Mooseheads edged the Eagles. Jake Todd and Logan Crosby all scored once for Halifax. Mooseheads netminder Mathis Rousseau stopped 29 shots.

OHL roundup: Torrance scores twice in Generals win

LONDON, Ont. — Luke Torrance scored twice as the Oshawa Generals topped the London Knights. Calum Ritchie, Connor Punnett, Matthew Buckley and Luca D'Amato all scored for Oshawa. Jacob Oster stopped 37 of the 41 shots he faced for the Generals.
