Unfortunately, police are very limited in what they can do to investigate crime. Often, organized criminals depend upon the co-operation of their neighbours in order to continue their activities.

According to Environment Canada, in 1990 Canada produced 592 million tons of greenhouse gas, by 2008 Canada was producing 734 million tons of greenhouse gas. Statistics suggest Canada is the third-largest per capita greenhouse gas polluter.
