Kevin Maurice St. Louis, 60, suddenly passed away on March 31, 2023 in Jasper, Alberta. He was born on July 15, 1962 in Edmonton, Alberta, to his beloved mother Olga St. Louis.
Kevin grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. He was known for his gift to make people laugh, his never ending giving of friendship and youthful spirit, and of course his ability to show his love to others through his cooking.
Kevin spent many summers working at his mothers family farm in Hay Lakes, Alberta, where he developed and learned the skill and value of hard work, which carried on throughout his life in his career as an Executive Chef.
Kevin lived in Jasper, Alberta where he planted his roots for 30 plus years, developed his skills as a chef, and grew so many friends, he often spoke of as his family.
Kevin was a beloved member of his family and a cherished friend to many. He is survived by his mother Olga, siblings Valerie (Larry), Vaughn, Karen, Marilyn, and a favourite uncle to his neices and nephews Ryan (Janda), Tahnee (Nick), Cara (Alfredo), Skye, Gabrielle, Dillion, and Dallis, 6 great nieces and nephews he adored as well, many friends and colleagues. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Celebration of Life will be held in Jasper, Alberta. Date to be announced at a further date.
