Students braved the cold weather to hand-deliver bags of non-perishable food to the Jasper Food Bank, Dec 18.
To get the food to the Anglican Church basement, where the food bank is located, the students from both Jasper Elementary School and École Desrochers lined up along the street and passed each bag hand-to-hand, creating a human food chain. The food chain began at École Desrochers and made its way to the elementary school before ending up at the food bank down the road.
