Photo scavenger hunt launched in Jasper

It’s time to get creative: A new photo scavenger hunt has been launched.

Habitat for the Arts is asking Jasperites to enter photographs under themed clues for a chance to win prizes.

This year’s theme is ‘Isolating in Jasper – A Jasper Edition of The Shining and The Stand’. 

Clues for photos are taken from Stephen King stories and your mission is to get your camera or pencil and create your own rendition of these clues. 

Entries should be submitted to with a note about which photo applies to which clue, and each photo will be awarded up to five points for creativity and five for originality.

This year, registration is free. First prize is a movie pass and second prize is a movie rental.

Habitat for the Arts encourages photographers to be responsible and practice physical distancing while collecting images.
