It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas Print

Looking for some Christmas cheer this week? Well, there’s plenty happening in Jasper.

The Summit Singers Christmas Concert and carol sing is happening this Sun, Dec. 13 at the Jasper United Church from 7:30 p.m.

If you’d prefer something with a bit more bass, maybe a saxophone or a tuba, then next Tuesday (Dec. 15) the High School Band will be putting on a show at 7 p.m. in the gymnasium.

Never mind all the music, what’s Christmas without a tree? The Jasper Yellowhead Archive and Museum has the annual Festival of Tree’s on right now until Dec. 21.

The museum also has a ‘Jasper’s Multi-cultural celebrations’ display on at the moment, which features a variety of pictures, stories and heirlooms from Jasperites.

Jasper Park Baptist Church is also putting on a Christmas Pageant: The Christmas Story this Sunday (Dec. 13) at 6:30 p.m.

Now you’ve got the music, the tree, and what about some food? The Jasper Community Dinners kick off this weekend on Sunday evening from 5 p.m. at the Activity Centre. The meal is free for all, but donations are accepted.
